Money
Fuel and idle cost per vehicle for a day.
Money shows what each vehicle cost on a chosen day, with no fuel sensor: measured distance, engine-on idle time, the model's consumption and your prices.
The formula
fuel cost = distance_km × litres_per_100km / 100 × price_per_litre
idle cost = idle_hours × idle_litres_per_hour × price_per_litre
- Distance comes from the day's trips.
- Idle is stationary time inside a trip while the engine is on. A tracker without an ignition signal reports no idle, so idle cost is zero, not guessed.
- Litres per 100 km is looked up by the vehicle's make and model in a catalog of 660+ models; if the model is unknown, the category's default applies.
- Idle litres per hour is derived from the engine size in the same catalog, times a factor you can change.
- Prices per fuel type are in Settings.

The tiles give the day's total, fuel, idle and trip counts. Each row has a bar split into fuel (cyan) and idle (amber) so the idle share is visible at a glance. Idle over an hour is highlighted.
Accuracy
Typically within 10 to 15 percent of actual fuel, and consistent from day to day, which is what matters for trends, outliers and the idle bill. Setting a vehicle's true consumption when you know it tightens the estimate. A tank sensor, where fitted, adds exact litres and theft detection.
